Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dust Bunny Detectives website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Provided

Dust Bunny Detectives provides professional residential cleaning services in Owasso, Oklahoma and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Deep cleaning
• Recurring cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
• Move-in cleaning
• Move-out cleaning
• Custom cleaning services as agreed upon

Specific services and pricing will be outlined in your service agreement or quote.

Scheduling and Property Access

Appointments

Services are scheduled by appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will notify you as soon as possible.

Property Access

You are responsible for providing access to your property. This may include:

• Being present during service
• Providing a key, garage code, or lockbox access
• Ensuring pets are secured and safe
• Providing access to water, electricity, and necessary supplies

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Client Cancellations

We understand that schedules change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Our Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to illness, emergency, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to reschedule at no additional charge.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• For recurring services, we may require payment information on file
• Prices quoted are estimates based on information provided; final pricing may vary based on actual conditions
• Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best service, clients are responsible for:

• Removing clutter and personal items from surfaces to be cleaned
• Securing valuables and fragile items
• Notifying us of any areas requiring special attention or to be avoided
• Ensuring pets are safely secured during service
• Reporting any damage or concerns within 24 hours of service
• Providing accurate information about home size and condition

Liability and Insurance

Our Insurance

Dust Bunny Detectives is fully insured and bonded. All team members are background checked. We take every precaution to protect your property.

Damage Claims

In the unlikely event of damage, please notify us within 24 hours. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly. Our liability is limited to the actual damage caused by our negligence, up to the cost of the service.

Limitations

We are not liable for damage to items that are already damaged, extremely fragile, or improperly secured. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues that arise from normal wear and tear.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

This guarantee applies to quality of cleaning only and does not cover subjective preferences or additional services not originally requested.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate recurring services at any time with written notice. For clients, no notice period is required, though we appreciate advance notification.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including but not limited to: unsafe working conditions, abusive behavior, non-payment, or repeated cancellations.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your home and personal information. Our team members sign confidentiality agreements.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranty that services will meet your specific requirements or that services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
